What types of cards do you send to my clients?

We currently offer Christmas, birthday, thank you, congratulations, and other client appreciation cards. We maintain a large inventory of designs for each occasion to help ensure your clients don’t repeatedly receive the same card.

Every card is personally handwritten, addressed by hand, includes your business card, and is stamped and mailed by our team.

Will I know when the cards are mailed?

Yes. Once your card order is completed, we take photos of some cards and the finished stamped and sealed batch before mailing. We email the photos to you for your records and then place the cards in the mail the same day.

What is included in your closing day gift baskets?

Our gift baskets are professionally assembled and include a variety of sweet and savory snacks sourced through our Broadway Tower partners. Contents may vary, but commonly include gourmet popcorn, nut and berry mixes, peanut butter pretzels, almond candies, peppermints, and other premium treats.

Each basket also includes a bottle of wine selected seasonally. During warmer months, we typically choose lighter wines such as Pinot Grigio, while richer reds are often selected during fall and winter.

We deliver the basket directly to the home and send you a photo confirmation after delivery.

Do you deliver gift baskets directly to the property?

Yes. We deliver directly to the home whenever possible and provide photo confirmation after delivery so you know your gift has been properly delivered.

Can I include my business cards and marketing materials?

Yes. We encourage Realtors to include business cards, brochures, magnets, or other branded materials. We’re happy to insert them into cards and gift baskets on your behalf.

How much notice do you need?

While we can often accommodate last-minute requests, we recommend placing orders as early as possible to ensure availability and timely delivery.

Do you serve all of Rim Country?

We primarily serve Payson and surrounding communities. If you’re unsure whether a property falls within our service area, contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.

All client information provided to Payson Property Concierge is kept strictly confidential and is used solely for the services you request. We never sell, share, or use your client information for marketing purposes, and we take great care to protect the privacy of both you and your clients.
